We just bought a new construction home in Gwinnett County, and we LOVED working with Natasha! She is a wonderful realtor, and she made the process so much better from beginning to end. Natasha guided us through the new construction journey — from looking at different builders/communities, signing a presale contract, attending the design appointment, and watching the home be built, to doing the inspections, walk-throughs, and closing on our new home. Natasha was right by our side every step of the way. Natasha looked out for us and made sure that we were satisfied with how things were going. She communicated with the builder’s agent to quickly and efficiently resolve any issues that came up. She also visited the site and sent us progress reports regularly.
